Step-1: product pick-up
We will attempt to pick up the returns products from your address within 3days of your raising a request, please note exchange cannot be availed on pin codes where reverse pick up is not available.
Step-2: product quality inspection
After we have received the product, it usually takes 24hours of the returned products clearing the quality check, the new order, shall be dispatched. We shall also keep you updated with an email and sms.

Once you have raised an exchange request you will receive an email confirmation on your registered bharanipipes email id containing time lines of pick up, in case of pick up, our logistics partner may send you a sms intimating about the same.
